Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year at Griffin! Our school is a great example of how a strong partnership between families and teachers, and the community create a rewarding and engaging environment for our kids. MGE PTA is the primary way parents and extended families get involved in all aspects of our school. PTA activities are paid for through our fundraising efforts, and we’d like to invite you to participate.

Sponsorships

MGE PTA is currently in the process of fundraising and seeking sponsorships for the 2026-2027 school year. Funds raised will go towards playground enhancements ($25,000), maintenance for campus garden including power washing, plants and turf ($5,000), and teacher grants ($20,000). Sponsorship opportunities are also available through our Sign Up Parties (see below).

Our PTA offers five different sponsorship levels, and each level offers exciting opportunities for the PTA to recognize your business or family. The MGE PTA has two different school-wide events where we can publicly recognize your business as a thank you for your sponsorship.

  • Perfect for Griffin families! A Grizzly Bear Paw sign will be hung in the hallway all year with your family's name
• Bronze $500
  • Sponsor the Grizzfest raffle baskets, adult event drinks, OR staff vs student basketball game
  • Company name and link will be included on the event web page
  • Company name and link included on social media posts with the chosen event
  • Company name listed on the flyers sent to the parents.
• Silver $1000
  • Logo and link on the Grizzfest event web page
  • Company name listed on the Grizzfest event flyers
  • Company name listed on Grizzfest social media posts
  • Table at Grizzfest for business promotion
  • Two dedicated social media posts recognizing your business (900+ followers)
• Gold $3500
  • All Silver level perks
  • Logo on the event flyers for Grizzfest and April adult auction event

  • FIVE dedicated social media posts recognizing your business (900+ followers)
  • Logo and link on MGE PTA homepage and weekly e-newsletter (700+ subscribers)

Sign Up Parties

Our first year of Sign Up Parties was a success! 

Sign Up parties are group experiences for kids or adults that offer a chance to engage in activities like the Teacher Vs. Student Basketball Game, yoga classes, or even themed parties. Sign-up parties are a way to raise money for the PTA by charging a fee for attendance.

GrizzFest Auction & School Carnival

Save the date for GrizzFest 2026! November 6th, 2026. This year GrizzFest will be celebrating America's 250th Anniversary and the diverse cultures and communities at MGE that make America and Griffin special. 

Adult Auction Event

We are planning our first-ever Adult-only social event and auction. More details to come soon. Please save the date for April 2nd, 2027!

Please join us for food and fun at our Spirit Nights! Mention Griffin Elementary and a portion of sales goes back to MGE.
