🎟️ Raffle Baskets – Thank you for sending in items for our raffle baskets! Now it’s assembly time. We’ll be putting baskets together on Wednesday, October 29th, and we’d love extra hands. Please sign up to help us assemble the baskets.

🐻 GrizzFest – We need you! Sign up to volunteer for GrizzFest. Wristbands, Silly String bands, and raffle tickets are on sale now-grab yours early!

🎨 Reflections Art Program: “I Belong” – Huge thank you to all the students who submitted artwork for the National PTA Reflections program. Entries are now in, and we can’t wait to celebrate our talented Grizzlies. We’ll share updates once judging is complete.

🧩 Red Ribbon Week Recap – Our Grizzlies showed amazing spirit during Red Ribbon Week. Thank you for the red, the crazy socks and hair, the orange for Unity Day, the team jerseys, and that neon finish. Your kids made healthy choices loud and proud.

💙 Griffin Families, you are amazing. Every donation, every volunteer hour, every kind word - it all matters. Thank you for helping our Grizzlies shine.

Don't forget to order a Recognition Ad for your student! The deadline is February 9, 2026! Gather 3-4 photos and write a short note about how special your student is, then head over to the Jostens site to create your Ad! This is an optional purchase and is open to students of all grades. Volunteer Information

Congrats and THANK YOU to our Volunteers of the Month for October…Jeremy Zink, Trey Merkle, Tammy Fuselier, Amanda Kaim, Kristin Merret, and Erin O’Kelly (not pictured)!!
🎃 Jeremy planned the awesome 80s themed Mother/Son event! He also has been hard at work helping with all things GrizzFest!
🎃 Trey organized Career Day and is your go to for all things Watch D.O.G.S! He also has been busy with GrizzFest and helping anywhere needed around MGE!
🎃 Tammy is our amazing library coordinator! She also helped organize the book fair, and is always busy with the fun kindergarten activities!
🎃 Amanda is the Homeroom Coordinator. She is currently getting ready for our fabulous fall parties!
🎃 Kristin worked endless hours coordinating and organizing MGE’s first Sign Up Parties! She also is our PTA Parliamentarian and has been busy organizing entertainment for GrizzFest.
🎃 Erin is our PTA green thumb! She has helped kick off the very popular Griffin Gardeners Club! She also helped plan the book fair and can be found helping wherever there is a need.

Thank you again to all these AMAZING volunteers! We are so thankful for each and every one of you!
