President's Message

💙 Thank you, MGE families! Last week was full of excitement. Our Sign-Up Parties Auction wrapped up as a huge success, helping us raise funds while giving families fun events to look forward to. Our Mother-Son Skating Night was unforgettable, and we loved seeing so many moms and sons out on the rink together and our students really shined during Career Week. Thank you to everyone who participated and inspired our kids through their amazing career presentations!

🎉 Classroom Party Fund - A reminder that each student (excluding 5th graders) is asked to contribute $10 toward classroom parties for the year. This helps cover supplies, snacks, and activities to make each celebration special. Please send in your contribution if you haven’t already-thank you!

🎨 Reflections Art Program - Creativity is still going strong! Students are invited to take part in the National PTA Reflections program with this year’s theme, “I Belong.” Entries are due October 24th. Details here: txpta.org/reflections-participation.

🩸 Blood Drive at Griffin Elementary - Join us on Tuesday, October 21st from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM to help save lives. Signup today.

Our second spirit wear order is in! Items will be delivered to classrooms this week. Please note: teal bow hats are still in shipment and should come in within 2 weeks.
